About the Recipe
In May 2023, 31-year-old Johanita Dogbey was murdered in a random knife attack while walking home in Brixton, South London. Her killing shocked the community, as she was described as a kind and selfless woman devoted to charity work and helping others.
Victim: Johanita Kossiwa Dogbey, 31.
Perpetrator: Mohamed Nur, 34.
Incident details:
Random, unprovoked attack; throat cut from behind while walking;
Part of a spree which included three slashing attacks two days earlier.
Outcome: Life sentence with 32-year minimum (May 2024).
Location/Date: Stockwell Park Walk/Brixton; 1 May 2023.
