About the Recipe
Naomi Hunte, 41, and Fiona Holm, 48, were murdered by Carl Cooper, a handyman who had relationships with both women; Naomi was stabbed to death in February 2022, while Fiona, who had previously reported assaults, disappeared in June 2023 — her body has never been found. Cooper was convicted in July 2024 and sentenced to life with a minimum term of 35 years, amid serious criticism of police handling: both women had made complaints about his violence beforehand, which the Metropolitan Police later admitted were badly handled.
