-
After moving to Mitchem from Lambeth, Kordian's care transitioned to the South West London and St George's NHS Trust which led to delays in his treatment.

-
Lapses in treatment included missed blood tests, disrupted medication and unaddressed family concerns, including calls from his sister about his declining mental health two days before the murder of Ilona.

-
Kordian killed Ilona in a brutal way claiming he saw angels and demons and saying his grandmother was evil.
